Hi @Mike D_ 

That is not possible yet with team-managed projects.

There is an open suggestion to add that capability, which you may vote for / watch here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17336

The last comment from Atlassian on this one in August 2022 seemed to move this to "future consideration", and suggested using company-managed projects when adding fields to cards was needed.
