How to add plugin into find apps but search not working

How to search a new plugin and install ....unable to search and also above one error..Need to add one Plugin How to do that.

If you go at the bottom of the page you should have settings, make sure that "Connect to the Atlassian Marketplace" is enable.

Also make sure that your server allow the connection with external website such as the marketplace.

If marketplace is not working directly from the app (due to problem with internet access) you can always go to Atlassian Marketplace directly on website, download a specific plugin source file and install it manually (of course if you are an instance admin)
