How to add pull request url from a jira issue to a slack notification

Hi Team,

I am trying to set up a slack notification to send the PR URL when items are transitioning into Peer Review. I am using GitHub and its all set up and linked up to Jira cloud. I have tried using smart value {{pullRequest.url}} and that is not returning anything.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
