Could you explain what you are looking for in a "road map" and how you'd like to see it on projects?

I don't understand "change project time to agile" at all - what is "project time" and how would be be "agile"?

Ah, ok, you've miskeyed "type" as "time" Project "types" are only used in the "create project from template" process. The "type" is there just to help you choose the right template to start the project, it has no effect on the project after it is created, and is not even stored. The project templates determine what schemes and settings are selected for the new project. So, to convert a "non agile" project to an "agile" project, you need to go over all the schemes the project is using and swap them over to use the schemes that the agile selection would create.
