Hello, dear Atlassian specialists!

I switched from jira server to jira cloud and I don't understand anything here. For several days I tried to figure it out on my own, but it did not work out. Can you please tell me how to set up an automation rule?

I need : so that in "project 1" when switching to a specific status, a task is created in "project 2" and immediately there is a subtask in this task. But something doesn't work for me. Tried different combinations.

I would appreciate your help!

Thank you.

Hi Alex,

First you should use an Issue Transitioned trigger not a field change for the status field. Then you wouldn't need that condition either.

Make that change and see if it works for you.
