Hi Community,
I am an organization admin in Atlassian.
I would like to use the Managed Accounts feature and have already verified the domain that matches the users’ email addresses. I've already claimed the accounts too.
However, no users are appearing under the Managed Accounts section, even though their email addresses match the verified domain.
In this link Verify a domain to manage accounts | Atlassian Support there is an instruction to upload a CSV file.
Where exactly should I upload the CSV file generated from the claim?
After your domain is verified, you need to claim accounts so they can appear under your organisation's managed accounts. You can find more details and the steps here:

I initially imported a CSV with just one line, my email address. It imported it and setup my account as "Managed Account".
However, I don't see any method for importing another CSV with more users.

You'll need to upload a CSV file if you want to claim some accounts from your verified domain (not all the users).
For this, you need to update the Claim settings and select the Manual option.
I hope this helps!
Thanks!

I noticed that the claim managed accounts process takes 5 to 10 minutes to refresh the information. Is it still blank after you refresh the page in 15 minutes ?
