Hi All
So far we are working on couple of project only with internal users but we want to collaborate with another company (they will have their own licenses). Can some one give me a detailed process on how we can include them?
Best Regards
JARG
Hi @Jose Alejandro Ruiz Garcia ,
You have two choices here:
1) Add the users to your Cloud instance and set up Groups and Permissions for them or...
2) Have the other company set up their own Cloud instance with their own project then link your instance/project with their instance/project using a third party application like Backbone Sync.
There is no way to add users to your Cloud instance without adding licenses as well; you cannot give access to your instance without creating a user and adding it to your license count.
Hope this helps,
-Scott

I have this issue too.
I'm new here. Does anyone know if Atlassian intends to add this feature, or where/how I can suggest it? We would rather not pay for a licences for consultants that we use who already have their own licences.
Also, do you know if Backbone works with Jira Cloud?
