We used this Jira as Service Request Tool. In the Customer Portal, the user may choose the following choices, and the "Return Ticket" button is one of the choices. Once the "Return Ticket" is clicked, a pop comment box will show up that needed it to be required and fill up.
But we can't make it as a required field. May we know how? We need your help on this, please.
Are you using Jira Service Management or Jira? If JSM then you make a field required under project settings > select the request type you wish to edit. Then select the request form tab and in that screen select the field and make it required.
