How to adjust priority in jira under Board and Roadmap?

I'm sorry, I do not understand the question!

Do you mean you have some issues that have the wrong priority on them?  If so, you should be able to edit them and change it to the right values.  The Board and Roadmap are simply working off whatever priorities the issues have.

Or does "adjust" have another meaning for you?

no, i ment that how to make it to suppose high priority, low priority Et cetera.

Ok, but I'm afraid that does not help me understand.

"Suppose" what is high/low/etc ?

A priority is a field on an issue, you set it to a value.  What are you expecting it to do with them?  Or what changes if you "adjust" them?
