How to assign work to teams and see it in Big Picutre

Dear Community 

Has any of you solved this issue. 

We like to assign task to a team and not only to a person to see it in the resource planning. 

How can we do that with Jira or Big Picture?

There are several  workarounds. I've been working in JIRA since 2006. IMO they are never going to change it. I agree with several 'old timers' that issues no assigned to a person get forgotten and unworked because people think someone else is doing it.
