Hi,
My version of Jira project management software is v8.20.10.
I only found examples of old versions.
Basically, I would like my ticket to automatically change status while in the "In Progress" status and I (as a non-customer) write a comment to the customer. I would like the ticket status to change from "In Progress" to "Waiting for Customer".
Any suggestions, please

Also, you have specified that you are using v8.20.10, but your post is tagged as "cloud". If you have a version for your Jira instance, then you are using Jira Server (or Data Center), not Jira Cloud.
