Issue details :
I am seeing " No approvers selected" after issue is created in Jira Service Desk project.
I have tried creating 'Automation Rule' in JSD, which didn't help to assign the issue to approver automatically ,where we give the name of approver of issue in the "Department Head" field on the issue while creation.
For example, I already had a field on the issue with "Department Head" and I give a name as "X" in that field. So, now under Approvals , X should be assigned as approver of issue.
Please let me know how to fix this automatically?

For a question like this, please post images of your complete automation rule, images showing the details of the relevant actions, and an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution. Those will provide context for the community to offer suggestions.

I have fixed it by adding "Set Field Value Post Function" in the Jira workflow.
