We want to connect the Gmail server and Jira.

The new Jira ticket will be created automatically for the defined project upon receiving an email from a specified email group.

Hi Aleksadndar,

You can use this Atlassian manual Create issues and comments from email.

For restrict email address you can use mail handler with specific settings (Catch Email Address).
