How to automatically select an assignee based on client Id?

Hi,

I have a Custom Field Client Id with 6 different values in it. Every Client ID is associated with a Assignee.So is it possible to associate an assignee based on the client ID Custom Field?

 

Any help would be much appreciated

Hello,

It is possible. You would need to use an add-on for it like Power Scripts or Adaptivist ScriptRunner.
