How to bulk download attachements?

Hi All,

I am looking for a way to download the files attached to more than 200 cases in JIRA. Is there a way to do that in a bulk operation without any add-on?

It's not a function normally available - you can download all the attachments from one issue at the same time, but not all attachments from multiple issues.

You might need to consider writing a script using the REST API to hit all these issues and pull the attachments out that way.

Or an add-on is your next best option - something like Download Attachments should work for your use-case.

When I click 'Download all attachments" from a Jira ticket it doesn't work, the below flag comes up.

Using JSM cloud.

How do I fix this, this is really necessary for us.
