How to buy JIRA License

Hi All, 

Our company was using older verion of JIRA 4.3.4. Now for some other requirements our company wants to use newer JIRA version. So may i know steps on how we can apply for buying newer version of JIRA 6.4.14(may be) or the link to apply for the license in our company?

The latest version of Jira server is 8.0.1 not the 6.4.14.
