Hi,
I want to calculate SLA report based on the Priority or custom field single select list values: P1, P2, P2, P4.
here P1 is 1day, P2 is 2days, P3 is 4days and P4 is 6days.
the report of the outcome it should like below overall SLA issue count.
Within-SLA SLA-violated
P1 6(total issues cont.) 1
P2 8 3
P3 9 4
P4 12 5
Is it possible to get this kind of report's in cloud JIRA, it is there any add-on witch give the same functionality.
@Ramaiah Pendli, you are correct, you can create such report with eazyBI. You can use a combination of Resolution intervals and Priorities.
