I was working with a website developer who suggested we use Jira to manage the website project. They set up a Jira account for my business and made themselves the administrator. However the billing / payment method for the account was charged to my business credit card - not the developers. The project could not be completed and the developer quit the project. However, they did not cancel the associated Jira subscription - which I am not stuck paying for. I have tried several times to gain access to cancel this account but have been unsuccessful. I am also unable to contact the developer who started the account but is now long gone. Please help me cancel this subscription.
