Hi. we are currently testing a data residency move but a failure was encountered on our apps end. Now, we cannot cancel the move in the UI, anyone experience this? And what is the workaround?

The team will from backend check the reason for failure and if required help to retrigger as well

You can't cancel a data residency move via the UI once it's in progress. If it's stuck due to an app failure, contact Atlassian Support to force-cancel or reset it.
Workarounds:
Fix the app issue (if custom app) and retry.
Contact Atlassian Support for backend cancellation/reset.
Use a new sandbox if this was just for testing.
