How to cancle the registration for the acp exam

just now I have done the registry for the acp exam,which includes both ACP-100、ACP-200，It‘s a bad decision.

I should preparation more to deal with with the exam.So I have to cancle the registration,but it seems unsuccessful，the web info is "Partial refund is not immediately available after cancellation. Please try again after 24 hours."

What does this mean?How can I get the refund

Hello @cestlive86 , please submit a service desk ticket to https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/create/259 to get help with this.   The most important thing is to get the exams cancelled, so you don't incur fees.  I suggest you log back in and ensure the exams are cancelled, and then we can help you with the refund part when our team gets the service desk request.
