When issue created in Jira service management portal, We need like "ABC raised this issue on 18/05/2023", instead of "ABC raised this issue on today", yesterday on Friday. After one week only it shows date.

You can try by go to setting => system => Look and feel => change the format of the date picker. Screen Shot 2023-05-18 at 10.49.28.png

The format is based on the documentation here: https://docs.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/text/SimpleDateFormat.html

Hi Teresa_DevSamurai_, Thanks for the response.

I changed day format to date format in same settings,  It is changed to "Date format" from "on this Monday", but still it is showing today and yesterday requests as "raised this on yesterday", "raised this on Today (See in the attachment)" .

Is there any way to change this?

I found this document here that I think you can try

As of my knowledge, in September 2021, the ability to change the relative dates (like 'today' and 'yesterday') to absolute dates directly within Jira's interface isn't available. This is a feature that's typically built into the system for readability and ease of understanding
