How to change Search user's attributes in Active Directory (User Schema Settings)

Hi,

Now, to search for a user in JIRA User Picker(Assignee), the Login Name in Active Directory and the Display Name are used. I need to use one or more Attributes of Active Directory fields to search for a user, such as description, office and email. What changes should I make in JIRA Active Directory schema settings?
