How to change URL for Jira

I need to update the base url of the Jira instance to our <company/team name>.com, and doesn't want atlassian.net  

To do this I logged in as site-admin, and went to System Settings > General Configuration > Edit Settings. But the base url field doesn't come up for editing.

How can I change the url?

Atlassian Cloud systems all run on <something>.atlassian.net.  That is the end of this story for now.

At the time of writing my answer, you cannot change it.  There is an open request to allow it and Atlassian have made it clear that they want to do it, but, not yet.
