How to change issue status with scritrunner listener.  How do I catch the status change in an "Issue". And, If "Linked Issue" is canceled, I want to cancel the "issue" too.

I am sorry about this.  Your question does not translate in to English well.  So I do not understand it.  (To my shame, I have English as my only language.  I can read some others, but not well, and I can not speak them)

So I need to ask for some clarifications.

Jira changes status by having people use a transition on an issue.  Are you asking to do something during a transition, or asking for a transition to be done when something on an issue changes?

You ask about "finding status".  The Status of an issue is shown on the issue.  If the status changes, the issue shows the current status, and the history records the change.  I think you have some need for a report on status, but I do not know what it may be.  Some more detail would help?

Your third question is "when issue is cancelled, it should be cancelled in the link".  I cannot be sure what that means.  I guess that you have a status called "cancelled" that you move issues in to, which a lot of people do.  But I am stuck on the "it should be cancelled in the link" means.  Could you explain that a bit more?

Hello Nic

I am trying to catch status change with listener.

There is a linked issue and If linked issue is cancelled, I want to change issue status to a specific status.

Is it possible with listener?

Many thanks
