How to change jira issue history datetime format to 24 hours

As subject. Anybody know how to change it to 24hours format?  example :  2024-07-08 15:01

Hi @Owen Based on your requirement there are two changes need to be made to show the time in 24 Hr format and to show the relative date instead of 1 day ago, 3 days ago, "Today" or "Yesterday", etc
