How to change language of workplace?

Hello, guys.

Can you please advice how to change language of main work area? I'm already set English in Settings, but work area (and page Settings) still use another language.

I'm using free plan. Maybe it affect choice?

The language of the site depends on the language set on your profile as well.

Is your profile language also set to English? Please, go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences and check this detail.
