How to change page size in Issue Navigator for existing users?

I changed page size in System -> Default User Preferences -> Number of Issues displayed per Issue navigation page but it didn't change number of items on one page for my existing filters. I still see there 50/page. How to change it for existing users?

It's seems that it started to work. My mistake or cache issue in browser maybe. But this setting works correctly as expected.
