How to change request type and send back to customer?

When customers submit the wrong request type, how do you change it and send it back to the customer to fill out the correct form?

Hi @NoName  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There is no way to really do this except to send them email to with directions to select the correct Request Type and then Cancel the originally created ticket. 

You could make it easier on the agents by creating some manual automation rules to help with that.
