How to change sites as an Administrator in the Administrator tab

Hi, 

I got main administrator permissions on 2 sites in Jira Cloud. Today I encountered a problem I cannot access the "Administration" tab (to manage users) for one of the sites. Each time I try it redirects me to the second site. 

How can I change a site from the Administrator view so I can access both sites?

I have this same issue. I checked the product page as suggested by @Magdalena Zhisheva and it only shows the products for the 2nd site. I assume this is an access issue on the first site. How do I check what rights I currently have? As far as I know the account I'm using is an Organizational Admin, but I can't find the page that confirms this. Where do I check that?

The issue was access rights on the 1st site. Was resolved when access rights were provided by admin.

Are you able to see the site if you go to the admin site -> Products?
