I did cloud to cloud migration.
When I click the attach link (Issue), it returns to the source site rather than opening the issue in the destination site.
How to change URLs in bulk so that they open an issue on the destination site.

Under https://admin.atlassian.com/ --> Settings --> Product Links, there is an option to change product links. However, the documentation states this is for Server to Cloud migrations. Since you are doing a Cloud to Cloud migration, I'm not sure this will work.
