How to change the color of this gadget value to green
As you can see this gadget of a dashboard in the attached screenshot shows Red color. I want to represent this with Green color.
I am using Gauge gadget,
can i modify this to Green color ?

That is not a native gadget for Jira. Which app have you installed to get that gadget? did you install the Gauge Gadget app from Akeles Consulting?
If so, according to their documentation the color is set automatically.
It does appear that according to this page you can reverse the color scheme so that it goes from red to yellow to green as the count increases, instead of green to yellow to red.
