Just recently updated to 7.10.2 and i have noticed that when i open New issue dialog it jumps to Summary field. Thnei go back to top and select a type of Issue and then it jumps to the Description field. How can i modify such behavior or disable it? I want to go from top to the bottom through all the important fields without having to scroll back all the time.
