How to change the kanban board text

Hi Team,

Does there any way to change the plain text of "Kanban Board" to hyperlink? I found this in JIRA API board. Please find the below screenshot. 

The same we would like to have it in our internal JIRA as well.

Welcome to Atlassian Community !

The Screenshot you have sent is Atlassian Jira Server so a manipulation in code from backend can allow to provide those type of hyperlinks.

In Atlassian Cloud Jira we cannot do this.

You would need to change the code that is presenting the text.  You cannot get to the code on Cloud, so you can't do this.
