Simple answer - no. The urls internal to Jira are either hard-coded, or generated based on the data. "/secure/Dashboard .jspa" is one of the hard-coded ones.
All you can change is the base URL - the bit before /secure...
Unless you were to rewrite Jira (and all the apps that you want to add to it), you will not be able to change this.
