How to change the status of a ticket after a comment was submitted

Hi,

this is the situation:

- The ticket has a specific status "asking for feedback"

- now an user with a specific role adds a comment

this is the expectation:

- after the comment is added the ticket is transitioned back to the status in which it was before (like "analysis by support")

Can this be managed by scriptrunner?

@AB  This can be done through a post function using ScriptRunner

Hi Fadoua, thanks for you reply. I've created a Listener/Fast-track transition for it but it requires to enter a specific action (go to status x).

My question here is if it is possible to build a script which transitions the ticket back to (any) status in which the ticket was before after entering a comment.
