How to change the steps of workflow correctly in the issue detailed page

Hi,

I have created the workflow like below:

But when I go to issue page, and in the detailed view, when I click the dropdown menu on workflow, it shows like below:

How can I move "CLOSED" under "DONE"? Thanks.
