How to change which organization is managing a user?

We (OneBookShelf) recently merged with another company (Roll20). We used the cloud migration beta feature to migrate over all accounts, projects, etc. That worked well for the most part.

However, those accounts are still managed by the old JIRA instance at https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<old-instance-uuid>/members. Is there a way to switch these to being managed by the Roll20 JIRA Cloud instance instead?

...in the Plan section there is information about removing Claimed domains from the original organization. In the Transfer section there is a statement about recreating configurations, like domains, under the new organization.
