How to check Team activity

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi everyone,
Our users have created a lot of teams in our Jira instance. We were wondering if there is a way to check if this feature is being used. Because if it is not being used we want to delete those teams.
To clarify, it is the team which is created by going to People --> Create a team. Please see the attached screenshot for further clarification.
