Greeting,

Recently I have come across a situation in which the issue screen used in a project was changed without notice. It is unknown who made the change or when it happened and we are looking for a way of checking the track record on it.

Does anybody know of any easily accessible log or history that can reflect the changes? Does it even exist?

Thanks

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Only your admins can change screens, and you should really only have 2-4 of them, working closely together, so the obvious thing to do is ask them.

There is an audit log built in which records who and when people make most config changes, and again, it's your admins who can read it (it only goes back a few months though, so get on to them sooner rather than later)

Answering this late but i was looking for the same thing and found that audit log doesn't capture this information yet.

It would actually be great to have an answer to this question. I was wondering the same.
