How to check unused setting values?

I am datacenter user in company.

We have a lot of projects.

So there are many unused Jira custom fields or workflows. (ETC...) 

I'm trying to sort this out, but I'd like to know how to get the current status.

For example, a custom field that has not been accessed in the last 6 months.

Is there any way to get the information statistically?

if you are a jira admin you can go to system > issue > custom fields 

here you would get the details of custom fields such as how many screens and issues they are being used when was the last update done
