How to cleanup Jira cloud users

We would like to revoke the access for users, who are not utilizing the jira, confluence bitbucket for more than 3 months.
 

Please clarify the below doubts

We are using Single SIgn on (Because of this if we revoke access is that going to affect ant other atlassian product?

 

As a Jira admin, is that done from company end or it has to be taken care by atlassian end ?

Is that possible to revoke the access on monthly basis to reduce the licences? 

Please give the brief

It sounds like you might be using Access. Is that the case? Assuming so you might find the following of use - understand-user-provisioning . Either way revoking of licensed user is managed by the System or Org Admins. If you are not using Access this is done under settings > user management.

Hi @Arnav 

Yes, you can deactivate a user for just a single Atlassian product without affecting the other products. And it will indeed reduce the the license count. 

Navigate to the user at admin.atlassian.com and click off Jira Software under Access.

Hi John,
Thank you for your response,
Who has right to revoke the access, is it company or atlassian?
Is it possible to revoke the access on weekly basis to reduce the licencing costs ?

For example- :X" person is not using the Jira from past 3 months . he is going to complete idle 90 days by 10th May and "Y" person is going complete his 3 months by 11th may 2022. 

Is it possible to revoke the access on daily basis?

Please Provide more information .

The user need to have Site Admin permissions to make that change. You can revoke on a daily basis, but you will need to do that manually for that one product.

Ok.What about the license. 
If user is used only for 10days in a month . We need to pay for whole month or how it would be?

I don't know exactly how that works, but I would think that whenever your bill date is for the month is when the user will be counted or not. I am pretty sure it has nothing to do do with the number of active days for the month.

Revoking the access for CONFLUENCE

We do not have option " create zip "file in confluence Cloud.

What are all the files should sent to atlassian to create a zip file and how to proceed further in revoking the user access?

You don't send to Atlassian - your administrator should do that using the admin.atlassian.com link.
