is there a way to close the test cases instead of deleting them?
in more actions i can't see a option to close it.
please help.

From what I know, there isn't a "close" action for tests. In Zephyr you have two options:
I think "Archive" is the option to go with https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-server/docs/test-cases/work-with.html#archive
