How to compare two date picker fields and two user picker field by Script Runner

I want to control transition in workflow by comparing two date picker field and two user picker fields by Script Runner. e.g. if date_picker_1 field is 1 moth less than date_picker_2 field or user_picker_1 field isn't equal to user_picker_2 field, I want to show a transition. How can I realize this by Script Runner? Please let me know the exact script code.

As for comparing two date picker fields, your code works well. Do you have any sample code / info about comparing two user picker fields?
