We're trying to use swimlanes and column filters in a Kanban board in a more meaningful way, but haven't found a meaningful way to do it in JIRA.
We'd like to limit the number of tasks that can appear in a Kanban board, but instead of limiting by column, limiting by number of tasks of a specific priority (e.g. via a JQL query). Is that possible?
Additionally, we'd like to be able to use quick buttons (instead of the drop-down quick filters), akin to what the previous JIRA interface used. It reduces a click and makes filtering more obvious. Something akin to swimlanes that allow multiple tags (e.g. a task with label A and label B goes into both a label A swimlane and a label B swimlane) would also work.
Do any plugins or tricks allow us to do these things? Thanks!
