How to configure atlassian Library

Hi, i'm using the Visual Studio Code IDE, and i wanna get autocompletations for jira development, i'm trying to use this like a external library

I install this plugin to the IDE

https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=dannielarriola.extlibraries

But i'm unable to use the up url to use like a external library.

Has anyione idea how to configure the atlassian library to use autocompletation of the functions. If you know how to use in intelij idea works to me too.

Hi i tried with intelij idea, i download tthe jar from

https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.atlassian.jira/jira-core?repo=springio-libs-release

the spring version, 8.5.0, and i installed like external library but also, the autocompletion it is not working for me
