How to configure auto scheduling based on resources' capacity?

Hi!

I'm trying to use Gantt chart to plan, when the team could finish some epics. The problem is: JIRA schedules all the tasks on the first possible date. That results in 592 hours of work per day for some developers. Link issues are separated by days, but capacity is not considered.

I've tried all the structure and project settings, read https://wiki.almworks.com/display/gantt/Resources and other docs, but could not get the desired result.

Is it possible to auto schedule Gantt chart, using resources' capacity? If so, how should I configure it?
