I mange projects for several "entities" with Service Manager.  unfortunately all the service manager projects use the same help center.  Am I able to create multiple service manger instances so that the entity associated can have its own help center.  And if this can be done will I sill be able to issue link in my 1 Confluence instance from  the multiple service manager instances I create?

Hi @Kilo

Do you mean, can you link multiple Jira Service Management Projects to one Confluence Space?

If so, you can do this...

  1. In the first JSM Project, go to Project Settings > Knowledge Base
  2. Select Link Space
  3. Link to a Space in Confluence
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 for all other JSM Projects

Or, do you mean link multiple instances of Jira Service Management (i.e different sites/URLs) to one Confluence instance?

Whilst you can link multiple instances together, I haven't been able to link a JSM Project in Instance A to a Confluence Space in Instance B.

An alternative might be to make the Confluence instance publicly (anonymously) accessible, and then you can refer to it in tickets from any JSM instance?
