I am using Jira Server, I assume the behavior is the same as Data Center.

I have two projects, PT and PPM, both have epics and stories. Both are of type Software.

When I view an epic in PT, I see the stories in a table with several columns:

Key, Summary, Assignee, Status, and a few custom fields.

When I view an epic in PPM, the table has just 6 columns:

A checkbox (resolved or not), Key, Summary, Issue Type, Status, Assignee

I have reviewed the installed add-ons and I don't see an add-on that can be responsible for that.

In both epics there is no Settings icon next to the list.

Any idea?

Where are you viewing this information? Can you provide a screenshot? Neither of these views sound like what you would see when viewing an Epic in Data Center (apologies, have not seen Server in many years). A screenshot may help us give you an answer - feel free to blur out the information that is sensitive (like title).
