How to connect bamboo build number with Jira issue

We use both bamboo and Jira integrated. When I create a new bug in Jira I would like to be able to automatically choose a bamboo build from the Build Found text box. Is there a way to configure Jira in this manner?

You can only do it from the Bamboo end. You can go into the build, click on the "Issues" tab and then click the "Link JIRA issue". This will allow you do manually link a bug for example to the build it was found in.
