How to constantly monitor a confluence page and update changes from confluence to JIRA

I have a JIRA project which has the custom field (dropdown) with values from confluence.
Right now it is a static list and has to be updated manually when some one updates the confluence page.

Is there way that this can be automated?

You will need to use a paid plugin for implementing this feature.

Something like nFeed or Script Runner.
